1. Property abroad – Ltd can’t be held responsible in relation with the price or the presentation of the price of any real estate on the site, or on a site to which there is a leading link from Property abroad – Ltd. All of the real estates advertised by us or our partners on the site, or presented on the site by other sites to which there are leading links from Property abroad – Ltd are included on a goodwill and we can’t be held responsible upon presentation of incorrect price or description of real estate sold prior to being viewed and checked on by us. The real estates can be sold without our knowledge. Please forward an enquiry to us first before you undertake a trip to the property, to find out whether the prices have increased and whether the properties are still offered for sale.
2. It is possible to come across links of third parties on the site not related to and outside our site. We are not responsible about the content of these materials or sites. We don’t support, publish or authorize such sites or materials. We are not a party and therefore can’t be held responsible for deals regarding goods or services offered by these sites.
3. Advertising on the site is not a part of a contract or an offer. You should not consider such advertisements as official, or a proven fact, you should undertake a check on your own as to what extent a particular property and other properties on the site match your views. It is yours and your legal representatives’ responsibility in relation to the properties advertised on the site, to check whether a certain property has the required licenses and permits, prior to continuing further on with the deal, because we are not liable for loss of a deposit or money as a result of outside party’s or investor’s party neglect.

5. Property abroad – Ltd and Croatia Properties – Ltd cooperate on their work on overseas market and all of the enquiries or viewing trips can be dealt with and arranged by the both of the companies.
6. After a viewing trip agreement has been acknowledged by a member of our staff, we are liable to keep this agreement. It takes plenty of time, efforts and means to arrange a viewing trip, hence if it becomes impossible for you to keep your part of the agreement and attend the viewing trip which we arrange for you, please inform us a day earlier.
7. After filling in the Enquiry form, the Viewing trip arrangement form or upon demand of more information of the site itself, these Clauses and Conditions will be provided to you. It is your responsibility to read and get to know them.
8. Property abroad – Ltd doesn’t bear any responsibility about the guarantees concerning the information, including the guarantees about satisfactory quality and ability put on the site. The extents are approximate and we don’t bear the responsibility in relation to allowed mistakes, negligence or incorrect information, because this is not contracted upon issue.
