Paphos
The whole area of Paphos is serenely beautiful with sandy beaches and delightful villages. Chlorakas, Kissonerga, Peyia villages are on the coastal plain north of Paphos town. This is an area with large housing development, but still retaining its character. In Kissonerga, at Potima location, the first marine of Paphos will shortly operate. Peyia or Pegia, is the second municipality of Paphos district, around 15 minutes drive from Pafos town. Spotlights of Peyia are the sandy beach of Coral Bay, Agios Georgios with its fishing harbor and archaeological sites, the centre of the village with the fountain and traditional tavernas. Geroskipou lies south-east of Pafos. It's a modern city with big tradition and one of the four municipalities of Paphos region. It is ideally located very closed to Pafos town (around 2 minutes drive) and about 7km from Paphos International airport.  It is renowned for the remarkable five-domed Byzantine Church of   Ayia Paraskevi in the center of the village, and its special delight loukoumi. Tala, Konia, Tsada villages are around the Pafos town to the inland. In these villages there is also great development. At Tsada village a golf course operate. Polis or Polis  Chrysochous is the fourth municipality  of  Pafos area. It' s about 36 Km north of Pafos city, overlooking the beautiful Chrysochou Bay, with its charming fishing refuge of Latsi where the seaside tavernas serve delicious fresh fish dishes. Beautiful beaches can be found in the surrounding region as well as picturesque villages.
